Managed project–related aspects including managing budgets up to $150,000, project timelines, cost tracking, ensuring contract conditions are met, completing and reviewing RFI responses and submittals.

Managed team of two-four staff per project to complete project tasks.

Acted as the primary project contact for contractors and clients.

As IT administrator, implemented the company-wide transition to remote work at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic including home office IT setup for 30+ employees, managing remote access/meeting software, and software tutorials for a successful transition.
